Our programs assist Arlington County residents in experiencing life without addiction and provide resources and opportunities to become contributing members of their community. In addition, Volunteers of America Chesapeake offers substance abuse counseling either on-site or by referral at all of our homeless shelters and corrections programs.

CLRP is a Christ-centered residential life recovery program designed to help men reclaim their lives following homelessness and/or addiction. What started as a ten-bed shelter in 1964 can now house over 40 men in the year-long program and sees an average of 70 men enter the doors of the Frederick Rescue Mission with the intention of getting their lives back each year. 301.695.6637
